A group of adventures discovered the lost mine within Wave Echo Cave and liberated the nearby town of Phandalin from the machinations of a dark elf wizard known as the Black Spider. Three months later, a letter from Lorelai reunites Corwin, Deidre, and Maeve as they investigate some unfinished business in Thundertree.
